I cannot believe that someone actually thinks that we don't get enough homework because I may be a freshman but I do think I have the right to share my opinion and my opinion is that it is so hard to balance personal life, school, etc. If you think about it we are treated like if we don't have lives and like if we had all the time in the world when WE DON'T.

One thing i will say is that i get depressed easily and have lots of anxiety therefore get stressed out easily. Just by thinking what i feel towards the amount of homework we and upperclassmen receive makes my stomach "start a civil war" because i know that one day I will be in their shoes.

Where I want to get to is that some administrators and some teachers think we have it easy and we DON'T. Come on, we have crazy hormones inside that are always jumping up and down. We have a life, our OWN ISSUES, and on top of that these responsibilities? Plus, if they really want to make East Early College High School a "home" then they should also think about us a little bit more and make us feel like at home because they say that we should feel safe at school and some people feel TERROR just by thinking of all the homework and assignments we will receive.

                                                                                                           Thanks and Sincerely,
                                                                                                                  Veronica Serrano
